For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when returning goods to the GamerModz Return Center.



Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods:


Please note: All GamerModz controllers are made to order. We accept returns for defective products only, in original unopened packaging with all seals intact.


You have 7 days, from the day of delivery, to return your controller to us. As all GamerModz Controllers are hand-made to your specifications, there is a $20 restocking fee for ALL products returned, unless a returned item is defective, in which case the restocking fee may be waived. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.


All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, so act quickly!  Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase amount, less the original shipping charges and restocking fee.


Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to GamerModz.


We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.



Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods


Damaged Goods: If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact our Customer Service team immediately. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange.


Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 7 days. Please keep all warranty information that accompanied your item.


Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we’ve sent you incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service team to return the incorrect items within 7 days. We will quickly replace them with the correct items.
